This notice covers this website and the form on it. It is short because we collect very little.
What we collect
When you use the form on our contact page, we receive what you type: your first and last name, your work email, your company, your company website, your job title and your message. We collect nothing else through this site.
Why we collect it
We use those details for one thing: to answer your request. That may mean replying to agree a time for a call, or sending the demand map you asked for. We do not add you to a list, and we do not use your details for anything you did not ask for.
How long we keep it
We keep your details until your request is closed. After that we keep them for up to 12 months, so we have a record if you come back to us, and then we delete them.
Who sees it
We do not sell your details. We do not rent them or trade them. They are seen only by the people who handle your request.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics. We do not track your visit. Our typefaces load from a font service, which receives the basic request your browser makes for any web page.
Stopping contact and deleting your details
Reply stop to any message from us and we will not contact you again. To have your details deleted, write to bianca.hadley@medtechdemand.co or send the request through our contact form. We will confirm once it is done.
Changes
If we change how we handle your details, we will update this page.
